Business Basics: Contractor Pre-License Education

This book is not required for an exam, however it is utilized in our 8 Hour Pre-License Class, one of your first steps in obtaining your Contractor’s License. This book is exclusive to AVAC and was written by our very own, Toni Ewell. In 2006, Virginia passed the law requiring the 8 hour Pre-License class for ALL entities seeking a Contractor’s License in Virginia, and AVAC was one of the very first approved by DPOR to teach it.

We teach our Pre-License class in a classroom, not online, ensuring that you get the best education without unnecessary testing that online education systems require.
